It has SP4 on it but so far, it seems to be working OK except for errors about disaster recovery, of which I'm not concerned. I'm thinking that the issues will be minor.
When I try to install Arc 2000 on a Windows 2000 Server, it tells me the program doesn't run correctly on this version of Windows. What should I expect if I force the install? Thanks.

Im installing this on one of our remote servers with Server 2003 OS and would like to put it on the second partition because of the database. I didn't see any option to change the path. Is there any way to do this? Thanks.
Yes, I enabled debug yesterday but a full backup ran clean last night and you're right, the log file is huge. I will keep an eye on it and report back what the log indicates in the event of a failure. Thanks for your support David.
