simultaneous calls in each sites is around 80 calls , how can i manage then with only 30 Channel VM adn Cetralized VMpro. I wish, i could reflect my concern. Momo. [bigears]

Dear jamie, So you think there is no problem using centralized VMpro and handling the calls which come from 9 E1 totally? Thank you Momo,

VM of course not only for VoiceMail , i need to welcome to the caller by Auto Attendant and Queuing Announcements and DB Queries. Momo.

The reason is that i have 3 E1 PRI at each sites which are three too, so the callers must be queued and also interact with DB query, i would not like to miss any calls , all the incoming calls must answer or Music on Hold. Momo.

Does SCN have problem by running VMpro for each sites? Do They(VMpro) directly Talk to each other? Momo.
