In the same red FLC field. There is an flc code "0" or zero, when I want ALL flc records to appear. How can you program it to show me all records when I pick zero?
None of the records will have a zero, so i suppose that you need a vba statement to say that zero means ALL.This way, i can be...
I have a main form with 3 subforms. The forms all worked well where the subform 1 is all our products, subform 2 is the customers who take a product in subform1, and then subform 3 is the order qty by location. It works great.
However, I just added a new dimension which kills me now.

Never mind. Figured it out after reading deep in the Tek Tips. They gave me an idea.
I made a query of just the formulaID and the MonthID. I put on totals, and put MAX on the monthID total row.
Then i went to the main query and added this new query.
I put a newer version 2 file if you need...
As a check, I should get the following 2 records back.
formulaID monthID Total Fixed Cost
692030 200908 935.14

I am trying to take a date like 5/31/2009 and convert it in a query to 200905. The following does not work for me.
Purchases MonthYear: Format([PO Date],"mmmm" & " "&"yyyy")
gets me an answer of 2009 May
I desire 200905.
Thanks for your help.
RG - You figured it out. This sample uses QuoteID as an autonumber junctionId in tblQuoteMain. Then I added QuoteID into tblQuoteDetail and took out soldtoID-shiptoID-FormulaID from the detail table.
Then I made the main and subforms child / master refer to QuoteID...
Funny that you should say that. I was considering using a JunctionID for both the Main and Detail forms.
And then I could take out soldto and shipto and formula ID's out of the detail form.
What do you think?
