We do something simular with a FAX server. We have two TIE lines that run from the Opt 81 to a Genicom FAX server. We chose an ACD that NCFW's to a DSC. The idea was to allow for a quick reroute change in the event of an internal FAX server failure. How is that 5 digit # configured now?

Alright, what am I missing? I have Reflections session to a Blackbox Compact Teminal Server and my ASYNC ports Active & Stored as SMT. I get a prompt from the CTS but nothing from the Octel. I can go to PING utilities in the Octel and ping the CTS. Why won't they talk? Thanks.

I just aquired a new location with an Opt 11c. Right now SEB is my only access. I was able to retrieve Station Data and Update System Data. I can not get the ESN Wizard to connect and retrieve. I have monkeyed with the modem script but no luck. Who has mastered this problem oh wise and powerful...

Have you tried the On line CDR for the problem boxes? Menu 20, 13, 2 Put in a date range and the mailbox number and print out the message detail.

What are the errors are you getting?
