    hey mrjedi, I have to apologize, as you were right all along. It was the license file. Turning on EVERYTHING actually had an adverse effect. It I turned on everything except FEAT_ESS and FEAT_ESS_SRV which I was not using, I am able to get past this error! Thanks again.
