Emails disappear from user's Outlook and I think from the Imap
It could be that you are using Outlook/Exchange in Work Offline Mode... This way you will not see any unsynced information or Public folders...- mnkelznr

My exchange 5.5 (sp4) running under sbs 4.5 (sp6) also began to have a very similar problem. Several of my exchange users have seperate "Internet E-mail" or pop accounts which they have delivered to thier exchange mailbox when outlook 2000 machines are attached to the lan and logged...- mnkelznr
