Thanks for all of the info but I corrected it another way that seems to be working. I sent all of my my mail from Earthlink to another account. Than I deleted everything in my Inbox. I then sent emails from another account and tried to download with Outlook Express. The email finally worked...
I have tried turning of the Norton and this doesn't make any difference. The incoming server name did not change. What makes this seem strange is the fact that I have used different computers and Netscape and Outlook Express.
