OK,
After further testing, The Carrier has not changed anything..
I can dial 847 numbers now but not 630, which are flagged as locl. I get the invalid number format.
Any Idea's?
OK,
Here is what I did. Please verify this is correct.
Created DMI 2. changed CTPY=NXX
Created RLI 7. Set to route 0
NPA- changed 1630 to RLI 7
NXX- Changed 847 to RLI 7
For some reason I can not add 1847 to the NPA. This is the area code they are in.. Is this defined elsewere?
When I whatch...
As of yesterday Verizon added 1+ dialing in our area.. After their change I can no longer dial 847 and 630 (local) calls using 7 or 10 digits.
After speaking with TAC, they said the calls are going out as national ISDN and should be flagged "local or Unknown".
How do you define the type of call...
Is there an easy way to collect call counts to a voicemai dn (acd) besides CDR? I would need to see all traffic that hits the pilot number- answered or abandonded internal and external.
I need to do this for 1 week and was looking for the best way.
Thanks,
Don

If I try to enl/dis msdl 2 I get an sch- stating the msdl card does not exist is that location.
Did I do something incorrect?
Could somebody be specific on how to set up the msdl for...
Is that on the PRI card? Is there a way to find out if it is there in software or is it always there? How would I find the device number? or does it just need to be diff. than any others in the system?
Thanks John.. U R DA BEST... I hope it goes that well.. SW= Option 11 with a NTRB21AB card.. Still the same, right?
As I read it the card has a built d-channel or did I read it wrong.
Don
John.. Thanks I will give it a try, although I think I may have already, But try again I will.
Kprintz, Thank you for the sugestion. The main goal is to get them to a person or directly into a VM box (Medical Office). They do not like the ran idea but it may be the least expensive.
GHTrout...
I have a Meridian Mail system on an Opt 11c and the problem is not enough mail ports. Is there any way to send calls to a DN when all ports are busy or NA?
If someone calls in currently they just ring na.
Any sugestions?
Thanks,
dOn
