Why do the Next/Prev buttons work on a 64XX series phone and not the 84XX phones?

When I define the Directory button on our 8411D phones, I find that the Prev and Next pre-defined buttons are not working to move forward/backward in the list. Can anybody confirm this and/or let me know of a fix. We're running V9.5 on the Si platform. Thanks!
