I tested the suggestion on the first link and it doesn't seem to work. I don't have a Network key so I created it and created the NoPrintSharing DWord with the value of 1. After I rebooted the machine, file and printer sharing is still "checked" and I'm still able to connect to it via unc...- mlschlicher
