getting the date format to output correctly

flipping text, but keeping it readable
hi...i have an assignment that has me inverting a drawing in AI...that is easy to "flip" it, but it also has a few layers, each of text....now, if i flip the whole thing, the text is backwards (like in a mirror)...is there a way to flip both the image and the text, but to still have the text...- mlecho
