Hi BIS, Seems to me this is just a normal time-out in ASA. You can alter this by opening (in ASA) the system properties of the PABX (right-click or ALT+enter). The select the connection, then select the properties the connection, there you can alter the time-out settings. Cheers, MKU

Setting up a mass group page like that prolly wouldn't work anyways, due to system capacity and so on. Depending on which system you have there is a maximum number of simultaneous calls you can have. And that includes group pages :) Rgds, M.

Josele, Like kva said.. If it is for an analogue line you can make a hotline with destination (0 or 9) depending on what you have to dial for an outside line. This automatically gives an outside line after which a fax can dial the public network number. Rgds, M.
