Cannot add DN to TN
That was the issue. I was trying to add an SCR and it had to match the other phone with MCR. Thank you for the responses- mjmartin19

Cannot add DN to TN
I am attempting to add a DN to new TN but keep getting SCH0369. The DN is listed on the existing phone, which is a 2210, as MCR but the DN only exists on one TN. I can't out the existing TN because it is active but I need to add the DN to a new TN so they can have a desk phone. Any ideas?- mjmartin19
