Are there any special instructions to replacing a vault drive in a CX700? The first drive in the first row of the DPE has failed and I need to replace it. From what I remember it just needs to be the same drive type and size and the system must be powered on at the time.

Is there anyway to print out a vital product data report or "hardware list" in Navisphere. I want to know the P/N for all of the hardware in a cx700. At the very least I would like to know all drive P/N and size and the flare code level. I checked my manuals and can not find it. Thank you.
