Another solution is to use the Idle URL. This is like a screensaver for phones-it will display on phones when idle after x seconds.

Is it possible to assign Text to a Hunt Group DN so whenever it is dialled the text displays on the IP phones. The Users need to be able to distinguish whether an incoming call is direct to their DN or a Hunt Group call.

Its not Auto Attendent your hitting its Unity. The users do mustn't have mailboxes setup thats why your hear that message.

Hi, Cisco.com mentions Voicemail Run-Time Edition of Exchange 2003 which apparently ships with Unity to enable onbox voicemail. Does anyone know where Exchange is (ie which disc) and how to install this Voicemail Run-Time Edition?

I have installed a AIM-CUE module into a Cisco 3825 and the AIM0 LED on the front of the router is amber (not functioning). Any ideas?

We have recently upgraded to BC13 on our MD110. We have a QSIG link which only seems to pass CLI one way-outbound. Calls coming into the MD110 show as "PRIVATE". I am certain the CLI is present when arriving at the MD but it does not display on MD phone. Any ideas?

I believe Cisco have stopped the Cisco Interactive Mentor software but can anyone suggest an alternative to practive for CVOICE (specifically VOICE CLI commands)? Cheers, Rich
