    We have the weirdest thing happen. Before I was employed at this company they didn't have a receptionist... So to combat that they set it up so that 3 phones rang and they shared the load of answering the phones. Now! we have a full time receptionist but the phones still ring over at the other 3...

    Oh I'm sorry, we have call pilot yes. And we have this application Business Element Manager. My predecessor left me with no instruction .

    I don't know where's its set to ring over to the CEO's mailbox after the receptionist misses the call. I'd like it to just go to the receptionist mailbox.

    I'm taking over my company's phone system this month and the first thing I want to correct is when a customer calls the front desk they get 4 rings then its goes to our CEO's mail box. The phone rings to the main phone up front with the receptionist, that phone has a mailbox set up as well...
