Explorer.exe error, cant do anything
I wish I knew why she doesn't have her recovery disk. Considering she has EVERYTHING else from way back when she bought it, I assume it's just lost somewhere in her house. Either way.....I can get to a command prompt but should I first try the bootdisk? After starting it up with the bootdisk...- mishel7

Explorer.exe error, cant do anything
I was trying to install IE 6 (previously had IE 5) when I was suddenly disconnected from the internet. After that happened the computer shut down and now when I try to start it I get an error message. It says something about explorer.exe and module 6d007eH. When I close that error window out...- mishel7
