Hello The problem with the access-list is that your return traffic is getting block because you don't have those high order ports open,that the browser is using. To work around this you should use CBAC or something of the like... -

Hello, I could be wrong,but I think you are loking in the wrong direction.The the confreg thing is normally use for password recovery,never really seen it use for anything else. The router will boot from nvram if the confreg is set to the default 0x2102.You would set the confreg to ignore... -
