DocsOpen/Word Save Problem
Hi Jessica, This may seem like an obvious question but does the user have an R: drive mapping with 'write' permission to that location? If you can give me some idea of what you have already tried to troubleshoot I may be able to come up with some other things to check. Regards, Millie- milliem98
