Win 98 Second Edition shutdown problem
The first problem i confront was: - my computer restarts when i tried to shut it down, the only way to shtu it down was by the power switch - then i install the latest update from Microsoft, but it still did the same thing - then a few days later after using my PC this way, my PC won’t start...- milbert
