    We were told by our distributor(Westcon) that all licenses would transfer except SIP trunk, VM Pro, and CCR. These guys have 180 Power user and 110 agent licenses in the current system.

    Oh crap, we will need to think about that more, there are softphones deployed in 32 countries beside the nearly 100 softphones at the main location plus 40 IP phones as well.
