When our receptionist presses the Night Service button, it hasn't been rolling to the extension in Audix where we have an after-hours voicemail box set up. My question is this: Is there an easy way to set up Night Service so that incoming calls go to a generic voice-mail box after hours?

Everyone, Thanks for the input on MSPs. Regarding my LWC problem, the feature access codes for deleting LWC messages, *54 and *54, ext.# did not clear the LWC message; yes I tried it at the extension itself. Note to Ed, 1a22ip, I tried the steps you mentioned from an extension in our phone...

I actually do have it on a button; my mistake for saying soft-key. The function works, but not the light.

What's the command for turning on the light for a soft key that's been assigned as Do Not Disturb? I'm having a tough time finding it.

You guys are right about the command; I had written it down wrong. Unfortunately, I still have the same problem; it doesn't work on a G3 system. It says AMW isn't a valid entry. When I type in clear, the only option I get is measurements. So I'm taking No-Dose and looking through the manuals.

Hi guys, I'm still fighting this one. I'm trying to delete LWC messages on two extensions. The switch is a G3, so the clear MWC all xxx command doesn't work. I'm new to the system, so it's taking time to pour through the manuals. Any suggestions? Mike Snyder

I'm looking to clear a Leave Word Calling message. Do you mean page 2 of the station under Change Station XXX?

Don, I tried that and the clear command isn't valid in the Audix terminal. Do you have to do it from the switch terminal instead? Mike
