If you are not seeing the drives in array manager that’s why they are not showing in the OS. Still sounds like a HW problem to me. The 2550 has 4 drives bays on the front and they connect to the scsi backplane but if you are adding a fifth drive inside the chassis and you...

It is MS Server 2000. There is not a registry key for SecAddSites. I have made sure that all the registry keys are set for 0 that are listed and still have the problem.

Just an FYI the version I have on my desktop and the one sent you the link to has all the Dell legacy severs in it. Like the old white box towers like 2100/2200 are in there.
And there is a yellow NON-Dell button that’s lets you enter the height, weight, thermal, amps for 100, 115, 230 that I...
Have you tried to see if you can see the drives in something other then the OS? Try Dell Diags or the onboard setup for the RAID card and see if you can see them. Are these new drives or have they been in place for a while?
They might have to inintalized by the RAID card SW inorder for the...

Just a question but are the containers scrubbing. When you post and if it says the container is scrubbing then the array manager will call that degraded even though the drive has not failed.
