    I think all you can do is change the protection level in media management to none temporarily, or reduce the media overwrite / append levels in that media set for now Mike

    Hi My backup jobs all use a specific server (I have 3), but looking at the scheduled jobs (in CASO), the media server field in blank thus the view filter will not allow the selection of a specific server to cut down on the list when checking scheduling. Is this normal ?? thanks Mike

    The running job has reached the end of tape 8 (HP autoloader 8 slots 1 drive). It requests tape 9 which I can not insert because the door is locked. i cant unlock the door because there is an active job (queued waiting for tape). It was OK under 9.1, this has occured after the upgrade to 10D...

    I dont think you can, use overwrite protection scheme to prevent writing to the wrong tape is all I can suggest Mike

    BUE9.1 Column width`s reset to maximum, all fields

    BUE 9.1 rev 4691 Windows server 2000. On all screens, the display field column width`s are being set to maximum (97000+)on all fields. This occurs daily any ideas why and/or how do I prevent it happening ? cheers Mike
