    Hi, I'm working for a charity you are using the standard SBS 2003 and we're looking for a suitable web filter/proxy system to prevent unauthorised access to dodgy websites. Can anybody give us any recommendations for suitable software? Thanks Mike

    Hi Mark, Thanks for the advice but I think it's more basic than this, as I can't even run the 'help and support' center from the start menu. It says that the 'help and support' service is not running please start it. I can't see it anywhere in the services list to start it. I haven't yet...

    Hi, I run a couple of SBS2003 systems for small clients but I have a problem with one of them... I can't get the Help and Support to work, so consequently I can't offer any users remote assistance as it says I need the 'Help and Support' service running. Can't find the Help and Support service...
