Hi Mark - After a bit of detective work, the issue only seemed to happen on machines that had been using the VPN (Checkpoint SecureClient NG-FP3) recently e.g. coming from remote office to main office.
We seemed to be able to fix the issue by removing and then re-adding the SecureClient...
The main office has a 1Mb leased line with the remote office using a 2Mb ADSL line.
The .pst files have been used over a dialup connection and seem to work with out a problem.
This is an on going issue, which only seems to be affecting two users in one remote office - other users in the other remote offices are fine.
