Bridged Appearance Question
You may also want to check whether the ring is set for either single or continuous; go the the 2nd page of programming, and to the Active Station ringing, set this for continuous and see that happens.- Mid43

Call Fwd Off Net Problem
Is there something in VM that is set to dial the old number. I used to work with an old Octel system, and the outcalling was setup in there. Good Luck.- Mid43

Bridged Appearance Question
You can only bridge the number of appearances that appear on the original phone. If the original has 3 appearances, you can only bridge 3 appearances on any given phone. You can add the 3 appearances to to any number of phones.- Mid43
