Thanks for your response, Zelandakh :-)
In the end we set the 'blocked domain' SMTP Connector to route to our own mail server and we got nice 5.3.5 errors back like we wanted. So job done!
Just thought I'd share in case it helps someone else :-D
Dear All,
My company wants to reject all outgoing mail to one particular domain, say blah.com, and have the sender receive an undeliverable message from the system when this happens.
I have tried to set this up by following this information I was sent:
------
[Exchange 2003]

Hello all.
I recently added a domain address to an Exchange Email Address Policy but the change hasn't shown up as a default addition for the users and I'm not sure why. Yes, I made sure I applied the policy afterwards :-D
We currently have a mix of 3 mail name policies: Domain, UK and US with...
Thanks for all your help on this, folks. It's now looking more like I'd hoped:
I'm going to leave it alone now before I mess it up [smile]
Thanks again.
Neil.
Thanks Molby. I've never created a pivot table before so I've had a quick bash at one and yes, it's displaying the category / breakdown count as required [smile]
The original request was to have the count displayed for all combinations in a results table at the same time, like this:
And my...
Hello,
This is probably very simple, but I can't quite convert what seems logical into a formula to get the results needed.
I have two columns of data with this setup:
Cat. Time Range
A 30 to 60
A 60 to 120
A 60 to 120
B 180 to 240
B 300+
C 0 to 30
C 60 to 120
I...
I was initially trying to work around the formula I had, and I have not used Offset before so was unaware this kind of setup could be achieved.
Now I am I shall endeavour to use that instead where applicable.
Thank you for your input.
Thanks for the quick reply, Skip. With a little bit of tweaking that formula setup worked. Cheers [thumbsup]
This one works:
=VLOOKUP(I7,IF(J7="A",Rates!$A$3:$B$4,IF(J7="B",Rates!$D$3:$E$7,Rates!$G$3:$H$9)),2,TRUE)
As you asked for a sample...
In this shot I start with the item weight, which...
Hi All,
I am currently using a VLOOKUP formula on a weight against price spreadsheet and it works well, but I need to expand it so it looks at three column sets and pulls the required information from the correct one depending on which data is in another column.
At the moment I am using...
Thanks for that firefytr [thumbsup]
The price scale will change every now and again, but what you suggested is what I was thinking of initially, so it's good to have that formula as well.
That sounds like an achievement to celebrate then, xlhelp. You need one of these... [medal]
[bigsmile]
Wow, fast responses there! [smile]
I've had a play with what you've suggested and it looks like it's going to work out nicely, so many thanks xlhelp and xlbo [2thumbsup]
Neil.
Hello all,
I'm trying to set up a formula as per the post subject relating to weight and price but with about 17 conditions per cell.
So I'm looking at:
If cell A1 is between 0 and 60 then show '32' in A4; if it's between 61 and 100 then show '49' in A4, if it's between 101 and 150 then show...
After coming across this thread thread955-785016 which sort of relates to this issue, I thought I'd post some additional blurb I found and used successfully in case others are left scratching their heads on what used to be such a simple issue to resolve with 5.5 :-)
Instead of selecting a new...
