    dbase 4 files

    I am new to visual basic & need to know if anyone has used dbase 4 files in their programming. Does it work well? We are rewriting a dbase application in visual. Should we use Access instead for our data? Any tips?

    Not a Dbase Database error message

    I've been using dbase 4 since the crash. it's still dos based & very similar to III. If anyone is switching over to visual dbase I'd be interested in hearing how it goes. we may try access but i'd like other opinions.
