alpha blending in directx blt function
ccording Microsoftin directx9 function IDirectDrawSurface::Blt has alpfa support. I have Directx9 and ATI radion 9500 graphic board. I still can not use with this function. If anyone know how IDirectDrawSurface::Blt function can be activate PLEASE help me.- michaelmilman
