I believe the problem you are having is due to the AGP video card you have purchased and the AGP video card required by the motherboard. Your ATI 9550 is a 3.3V AGP card while your motherboard specifically requires a 1.5V card. While not 100% certain I think that the motherboard has been...- MichaelMartin
