I think by default Exchange server only allow max number of recipients is 10. So if the list is more than 10, it won't allow to send from outlook. She did tried that and it did not work.
Is there a third party software that allows to do this kind of work?

Is there an alternative way to do this without touching AD? Because I just don't want to house some external email addresses in our internal organization AD
I am running an Exchange 2003 server, one of my user has a list about 100 external email addresses and she wants to send an email to this 100 recipients.
Is there a way to create a mailing list or distribution list with Exchange server to do this?

This weekend, after I upgraded some Windows 2003 patches then I restarted my server computer. I got this wierd OWA displaying.

I have a DELL server with Windows 2003 that has RAID5. But I am clueless about RAID technology.
Anyhow, is there a way to backup or clone the entire system to another harddrive. So if when screw up the system after making udpates or changes, I can always retrieve it back to previous state...
