Dual Registration and Simulated Bridged Appearance
I currently just have h323 9650s on my Admin switch. we do not yet have Sys/session Manager but that is on its way. We will be interested to use Dual registration so we can give our reps One-X communicator (SIP) and still have ability to log into H323 set. I have a lab system I can use to...- michael6bt

CM 6.3 Display Aux Code - Auto IN
2 quick questions CM 6.3 using 9650's is there a way to have the aux reason code or # remain on screen after entered is there a way to have the auto-in button remain on so the agent knows they are logged in (or other indicator) Thanks- michael6bt
