Not sure what the problem is. However, I would boot to a Win 98 floppy and do a format of the drive(s). Then try booting to the XP CD again. Then delete the partitions and reformat with NTFS. This should solve the issue unless there is a problem with the Cd itself.

I forgot to mention that I am using direct x9b. Still no game functionality.

FM Server works like a charm on 03 server. We run it and we also use it for terminal services with FM server. Server 03 has been tested for years as Windows 2000 server, you know it well NT5. Think of it as a newer version. Everythings been up and running for 3 years. Just some more functionality.
