    TEI going up, then S0 goes down?

    Hi, I have a problem with a Meridian Option 11c We have 2 ISDN modem cards connected on a S0 bus. The Meridian is sending a signal on the S0 bus, the modems are responding and the Meridian is giving them a TEI vaulve. But after a fiew day's this TEI vaulve is going up (see the STATS of a S0 bus)...
