ArcServe 6.61 Databse Engine will not start
I have uninstalled, reinstalled and am in the process of copying back the log and queue files. All the engines started after the re-install. Thanks for your help.- mfusko

I had actually stopped all the services, renamed all the database files rdm.chk, raaaaaaa.chg and rdm.chi Then attempted to restart the services and the database engine still did not start. I went to dbmgr and ran the initialize on all the databases and then tried again to start the service...- mfusko

I am unable to start the database engine service. It will not start through the server admin, I try to manual start through services I get an error 2140. I have tried all the options in dbmgr.exe (repair, initialize, check) and nothing seems to help. I seem to remember this happening to me...- mfusko
