I have a Merlin Magix 3.0 and when I changed the time the Night Service turned off and I can't get it back on because my 4424LD does not have a night service button as the lines take all the buttons up.
How do I turn the night service back on manually?

I checked the log, and no errors on the voicemail. Just on the Magix side I found the errors. I already changed the hard drive, so I'm at the point of wanting to buy a new voicemail but I'm not sure that would solve my issues, maybe its my port card or processor...any other suggestions on how...

i bought a new hard drive, installed, and continue to have the same problem that the messaging gets locked up and stops answering calls, so we have to reboot it, any suggestions?
I have a Merlin Messaging 3.0 8 port which I have to restart every few weeks as it "locks up" meaning the auto atendent stops answering calls and we cannot access voice mail.
Is there a way to find out what the problem is or how to resolve this problem?
I installed a 412TDL card in a Magix system, but getting just a flashing light from the extensions I even connected one direcly to board, I did a board renumber and it shows up in the inventory with extension numbers. Any clue on how to troublshoot this?
We have outgrown our 2 digit extensions (10-69)on our Merlin Magix 3.0/MM3.0, I will be changing everyone over to 1 + their original 2 digits, can anyone recomend what is the best process.
I was thinking to just add on the automated attendent "please dial 1 + your parties 2 digit extension" and...
Our auto attendent takes about 3 full seconds to transfer a call to an extension, this is a problem as most incoming callers think their is problem and hit 0 or keep calling.
We have a Magix 3.0 system, pool 70 is on both ARS settings: Toll Table is 25 and FRL is 3 with call type as both, Local table is 26 and FRL is 2 with call type as both. I just need to change the new pool (891) with the ten lines to the toll table 25, any other settings that need to be changed...
I recently got on an unlimited LD calling plan for my last 10 lines of our 28 line pool. How do I program our Magix 3.0 system to pick the last 10 lines in the pool to dial out with first? Thanks for any help on this.
