Ok...looks like we finally figured it out. There were some broken connector links in the flows. It did not seem to matter in 3.0.13 but would break in any version higher than that. Thanks for all the help in troubleshooting this...
Yes. I am importing and exporting in .mdb file extension. I can import the same file into 3.0 without a problem. It is just importing into 3.1 or higher.
I did run the registry backup and restore. I get two erros when importing the call flow "stream read error" and if I try to save and make live I get "error saving call flow to a text file

I tried deleting and then adding the server back but the extensions still did not show. There are no invaldi characters in the display or user name. How does the IMS get the extension list?

It is not the names of the clients it is the extension numbers from the IPO that do not show up. I am able to get the names from teh GAL. For instance if I set up a new user with extension 123 today...I can not enable IMS because ext. 123 will not show up in the IMS manager.
We are running IPOffice 3.0 (40) and when a new extension is created it does not show up on the IMS manager. Baiscally we can't enable IM for new employees because you can't see the extension. A reboot or restart of the services doesn't seem to help. Any ideas?

I have been trying to setup faxing on an IP Office 3.0 system and GFI Fax server with no luck. This is what I have done so far.
1) Configured an analog port per the install doc and assigned an extension to it.
2) Set the system fax nubmer in the voicemail pro application.
