I moved all my video files by copying all the folders in the premeire directory from one pc to another. I then installed premiere to on the new pc and told it to look in the right places. Now when I open the project it finds all the clips and transition files and even if I drag the curser...- methyce

It is comes with a sweet of plugins and filters some specific to your case that might help are those that can remove hissing and pops.
