For the past 12 years our main DID of 8000 has been directed to the att console. The problem is we never had a att console and I need to direct that 8000# to DN 1255 I was told there is a seperate pswrd Had a tech come and try but could not get to it any one wanta try :} Learn something new...

Opt 11/call accounting software,if I connect PC direct connect through Null modem I receive my Data. Problem is I have 2 short haul modems and need to put pc in different office can not receive data through modems any suggestions

It is 3550 and like I said when you leave a message in this box it will notify 3550 that it has a new message I'm stuck have tried every thing except reset the system. I had one do this a few years ago and all I could do was change the dn and mailbox #

I says Log but If I set Mailbox 3550 and ext 3333 and check from 3333 it asks for only pswd

ok set as route and when yougo in mail box to set #to call start with a 9 then the # have fun
