    I recently bougt a bar code reader(Symbol LS 2200/2208). Does anyone know where can I get the Linux driver for it or how to use it with the Linux operating sys? It works fine with Windows XP but I need to use it with Linux.

    The CPU is Advanced Digital Logic MSM855. Its used for embedded applications and not in Laptop. If the CPU speed is changed in the BIOS does it matter which oper sys is running? Shouldn't the CPU speed be same for all Oper sys after once it is set ? Thanks for the suggestions guys Megan
