I have tried multiple times to renew my AVG license. After over two weeks I have asked "Elements 5" to refund my payment as I have not received the renewal key. This is very frustrating! I have uninstalled and gone to the free version. Any ideas how to get Grisoft to respond?

It has been my experience that none of Symantec's suggestions to fix this error have ever worked for me. I suggest removing all Symantec products and replacing them with better behaving applications.

No, my son remove the reader. I've tried to disable it in and/or uninstall it from the device manager. It is/was a USB connected drive. The driver is still loading.

Try setting NAV to using "SmartScan" and remove JS files there also. That is what I had to do even after the updated NAV..

Are you running Norton Antivirus. I've had problems with NAV v2004. You may need to disable *.js file scanning. It cut my ie window load time by 70%.
