    Ctrl+Alt+Delete .......... command .... pls help

    This command does not function on my computer.What can I do about it. I have tried everything. When system hangs I try to press "ctrl+alt+del" to get the TASK MANAGER to see what has gone wrong but I CAN'T SEEM TO EVEN GET THAT ........ Please help Thank you in advance.
