Using ver 11.1 for Windows (English). Might have resolved it last night, took a good look at the job log and we client is backing up exchange at both database level and document level and not sure they have paid for the latter.
Still failed evidently :(
One of our clients has Arcserve installed and whilst it runs fine it still (occassionally) comes with the E8511 error. Failed to connect with client agent. (ADDRESS=127.0.0.1).
Any ideas what might be causing this? Sussed out CA's website and it seems to indicate an ipx/spx problem but...
