hi, i did all what they said here to solve the problem described in the 2 first sections. 1/took the server offline 2/monitoring 3/after resetting the passwords and deleting unknown administrator accounts i saw indeed a backup user trying to connect 4/applied the post sp4 fix (ms02-11) included...- McRight
