Check the date field on the tnb and if it was changed you will at least know the last time a change was made on the TN

I have a cs1000e rls 7.65 connected to a cisco call manager via qsig. Calls rout back and forth correctly. The customer wants to use the Office 365 voicemail off the Cisco for the CS1000 users. Preliminary testing has the calls forwarding to the voicemail pilot but it ends up getting answered...

I would bet that at one time this TN had a KEM and someone did a change to remove it and it should have been outed and rebuilt without the KEM programming. I would out it and rebuild it with the correct configuration.
