Take a look at the administrative shares. They have to be set all C$ D$ ADMIN$ IPC$. I had a customer who removed the administrative shares and the notes db backup failed with the same message you get.

OK I found out, that it works if i add the System user to the folders that are not saved. Before the update to 7.12 it worked without the system user - why that?
