    I had a probem like this the call would seem to go on hold but could not be picked up again, what i found was the system had been hacked, when i checked the substitute numbers in the mail, a number had been inserted to allow calls to be anywhere in the world at local call rate.

    I think if you do F*81 you are given an option to swap keys select line key and move them back to where you want them.

    3/5 Resource Split - BCM 400 - HELP!

    Check first before you do the 3/5 split that you need actually need to do it,i think its only if you have more than 59 ip phones,and note if you do the split and then change back to 2/6 you might lose all programming.
