Hi All, I am looking for the ability to record all calls made/received by up to 30 agents. Can you please recommend some products? Some details: -Needs to interface with Avaya equipment -Site is using Call Center Elite -Need to search recordings by agent ID, date/time, and (preferably) phone...- mc21b
