    Okay it seems that I had to reboot the switch for it to work. It's now showing the name (but not the full name). Is there a way to switch it to the full name? Thanks :)

    I'm in Canada and we have just upgraded from an IP406 to a IP500v2, and while the Z code in the shortcode works (it shows the info in " " after the Z), I can't find a way to make it just show the name of the User... I thought this was on by default... I don't want to go in every user's shortcode...
